Inklaim Enterprise
Inklaim Enterprise is the plan for larger IP firms and corporate IP departments: sign-in with your company account (single sign-on), installation on your own servers and connection to your own artificial intelligence endpoint. It starts at €20,000 a year, with terms to be agreed.
In short
Enterprise adds three things an organization with its own IT rules needs: sign-in with company accounts, the option to install Inklaim on your own servers and connection to your own AI endpoint. The features for preparing patent drawing sheets are the same as on the other plans. Price, term and services are agreed with you.
Inklaim is web software from an Italian start-up founded in Turin that prepares draft patent drawings, checked against EPO, UIBM, USPTO, PCT, CNIPA and KIPO rules, from 3D CAD models (STEP/IGES), DXF or vector PDF files, photos of an object, sketches and claims.
The IP department works with the CAD models of the engineering department. With Enterprise, those files can stay inside the company’s infrastructure.
Patent attorneys, draftspersons and reviewers sign in with the firm’s account. Access follows the company account, managed by your IT department in one place.
If you have already chosen and approved an AI service, Inklaim uses that one instead of its own. Or AI stays off.
Single sign-on
With single sign-on, people access Inklaim with the company account they already use. No extra passwords for IT to manage.
Installation on your servers
By agreement, Inklaim is installed on your organization’s servers. 3D models, drawings, figures and matter texts stay in your infrastructure, under your own access and backup rules.
The application runs where your IT department decides. Requirements and installation are agreed with them.
Users work in the browser, in Chrome or Edge. The features are the same as in the online version.
CAD models and 2D drawings are processed in separate processes with time and memory limits; no texts or drawings end up in error logs.
Your AI endpoint
On the other plans, Inklaim’s optional AI uses Google Cloud with processing in the European Union. With Enterprise you can connect your organization’s own artificial intelligence endpoint.
AI requests then go to the service your company has chosen: translation of figure texts with the matter’s glossary, proposed reference numerals for figures from sketches, a visual check between views. AI does not draw geometry: CAD views, DXF and PDF import and line drawing remain deterministic.
Firm or Enterprise
If the Firm plan meets your IT department’s rules, choose the Firm plan. Enterprise is for organizations that require centralized access, in-house installation or their own AI.
